Once a transaction is approved, all sales are final and non-refundable.
If you are not satisfied with a course you have selected, STOP, and submit a request to our support team. If you have not completed the course, we will be able to provide you with a replacement course of equal or lesser value.
• You must request the change of your course via e-mail to support@chirocredit.com within 14 days of accessing the course. AND
• You must not have earned any certificates of completion.
